• Weather cancellations made by L.Y.R.I.C. Charters are fully refundable or can be rescheduled based on availability.  Pricing may vary based on Holidays and Special Event Dates.

Weather Policy

Safety comes first.
Storms, lightning, or dangerous conditions = reschedule or refund. Charters RESUME in light rain. Will defer to weather forecast on weather app.

 

Safety Rules

• Captain’s instructions must be followed at all times

• No glass bottles

• No standing or sitting on rails

• No diving off the boat

• No smoking inside cabins; smoking permitted on swim platform

• No standing on the seats

Damage Policy

Guests are responsible for any accidental or intentional damage caused to the vessel or equipment.

Behavior Policy

We reserve the right to end the charter early with no refund for unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
